Dr. Carl Hyder is a board-certified ophthalmologist and the Founder and Medical Director of Aesthetic Renewal and Beyond. A graduate of Lehigh University (Summa Cum Laude) and the Medical College of Pennsylvania, Dr. Hyder has spent more than 30 years at the forefront of medical innovation, combining cutting-edge technology with exceptional, individualized patient care.
Passionate about helping patients look and feel their best, Dr. Hyder has trained extensively with leading aesthetic companies including InMode, Cartessa, and Cervello. His expertise spans advanced aesthetic technologies, neurotoxins, and injectables, and he remains committed to continually investing in the latest innovations to provide safe, effective, and personalized treatments.
Dr. Hyder’s philosophy is simple: aesthetics should be approachable, personalized, and designed to enhance each person’s natural beauty with results that inspire confidence. Outside of the practice, he enjoys tennis, hiking, skiing, and spending quality time with his wife and their three daughters.
Dr. Jon A. Peet
Ophthalmologist & Aesthetic Specialist
Dr. Jon A. Peet is an ophthalmologist with extensive experience spanning both eye care and aesthetic medicine. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biology and a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Pennsylvania, followed by his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine and his ophthalmology residency at the prestigious Scheie Eye Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
Combining surgical precision with advanced aesthetic training, Dr. Peet has experience in Botox, dermal fillers, PDO threads, Sculptra, Renuva, Kybella, laser and light-based therapies, and full facial rejuvenation. His background in both ophthalmology and aesthetics provides him with a comprehensive understanding of facial anatomy, allowing him to develop personalized treatment plans focused on achieving natural-looking results that enhance each patient’s unique features and confidence.

Licensed Esthetician
Ashley has been a licensed esthetician in New Jersey since 2017, and her passion for helping clients achieve healthy, confident skin is evident in everything she does. She believes that education is the foundation of great skincare, and every treatment plan she creates is thoughtfully customized to each client’s unique goals, because no two skin journeys are ever the same.
Ashley is deeply committed to staying current with the latest advancements in skincare, beauty, and wellness, and to building genuine, lasting relationships with the clients she serves. When she is not at the practice, you will find her spending time with family and friends, enjoying outdoor dining, or exploring new destinations. She looks forward to becoming a trusted part of your skincare journey.
Dana Godfrey
Patient Coordinator
Dana is the welcoming face of Aesthetic Renewal and Beyond. A University of Wisconsin graduate with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting, Dana brings warmth, attentiveness, and genuine enthusiasm to every patient interaction. Her passion for skincare grew during the COVID years, when she discovered firsthand how the right treatments and routines can truly transform the skin and the confidence that comes with it.
Since joining the team, Dana has developed a deep appreciation for the advanced treatments offered at the practice and finds it incredibly rewarding to see the transformation clients experience through personalized care. She believes every patient deserves to feel informed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for, whether they are exploring a treatment for the first time, building a customized skincare regimen, or selecting the right products for their skin type.
Outside the practice, Dana continues her acting career, travels the world for inspiration, practices yoga and Pilates, and is perpetually searching for her next favorite Korean sheet mask. She brings that same curiosity and enthusiasm to the care she provides every day.
